I guess Jimmy being the second killer is a red herring because of the next episode preview but Jimmy as the killer makes more sense to me than Henry being the killer.

Jimmy has been completely unaffected by all the murders so far whereas Henry has lost his only 2 blood relatives and his wedding is at best postponed indefinitely if it even happens at all.

Both Jimmy and Wakefield are fishermen. If Jimmy is Wakefield's son with Sarah Mills then both father and son having the same profession is fairly common in society. Jimmy is more likely to know how to use a harpoon and a head spade then Henry is. Henry worked on boats during some summers but according to Harper's Globe, Henry cleaned and fixed boats. There is no evidence that Henry knows how to use tools that are associated with whaling.

The flashbacks in episode 7 focused on Abby and Jimmy's relationship and had little to do with Henry. The "Hey You" scene where Jimmy distracts the killer in order to save Abby was bizarre in the least. If Jimmy knows that Abby is his half sister then he could be troubled by their former relationship actually being incestuous. Shane said that Jimmy cried like a baby after he saw Abby for the first time in 7 years.

Jimmy's behavior regarding some of the earlier murders was suspicious. He was able to free up the propeller without revealing cousin Ben. He did not offer any reason for turning down Henry's invitation to the party at the bonfire where Lucy was killed. He declined attending the wedding rehearsal. JD was murdered just after Abby and Jimmy arrived at the marina and they separated for some reason that is unclear to me.

Jimmy did not appear to be hurt in any way from the explosions at the marina. He may have known that it was going to happen. He may be Wakefield's accomplice and together they hatched a scheme to get the sheriff to sacrifice his life without really getting anything in return since any threat that Wakefield would make to kill Jimmy would really be a bluff.
