Yes, they had a tent right next to the entrance to the Pile. They weren't too intrusive, more like they would get you stuff (cigs, socks, whatever) and suggest that maybe you are in pain and need somebody to talk to, which every single person I was around denied. The actual people there at the site no doubt cared but the Scientologist shitbirds behind the gag certainly had ulterior motives. I mean seriously, recruiting at ground zero?

It's a fast, nervous shuffle, very weird that they all do it.
Once, when I first moved to LA and had a couple drinks, I started in on a pack of them demanding to know what airline they work for. For those who don't know, they dress like people who work for airlines. Dark blue pants, blue or white tucked in short sleeve shirts.
They also apparently have a fake Navy!
