135. Tyson Apostol (Survivor: Tocantins - 8th Place)

In a season as filled with boring "normal" people and dull wannabes as Tocantins, Tyson was one of the biggest characters, which certainly helps him boost his rating immensely, much like how Joe/Sydney/Spencer all sucking helps drop their ranking immensely. Tyson was a fun-loving guy and he was always joking around with his fellow contestants, especially Debbie, which helped to improve her otherwise piss-poor edit. He was always good at providing one-liners. "I wasn't paying attention, I didn't really care." "This is like God's candy...thanks God." "Sierra gives hope to stupid people everywhere." Plus he was always willing to go that extra mile to weird people out, whether it was by going nude within the first three days of the game, or wearing a loincloth and pretending to be Fergie. But still, he ranks this low because he did become kind of an arrogant dick towards the end of his stay in the game, and his personality, while entertaining, seemed so fake, like he was just trying to get more screentime. And the fact that it was his REAL personality just makes it that much more annoying.


134. Andrew Savage (Survivor: Pearl Islands - 10th Place)

Was Andrew a hypocritical prick on Survivor? Yeah. He was really unfair to Lill in how he thought the game should go. Was Andrew a clique-y asshole? Yes, yes he most certainly was. But despite all of that, I couldn't help but respect him, partially because he was the most attractive guy of the season, but also because he was a good leader. I mean, his clique may have been formed for the wrong reasons, but it wasn't like Lill and Ryan were outcasts without merit. They really were the two weakest members of the Morgan tribe, and as such, should have been eliminated early. It was booting them over Osten, while Drake booted Burton first, that allowed Morgan to make a comeback after three straight losses in the first place. And one of Morgan's immunity wins was specifically because Andrew was SO determined not to have his tribe lose that he carried the weight for his team for a LONG long time. And it was all to spite the season's villain, Jonny Fairplay. Andrew got screwed by the Outcast twist, which he couldn't possibly have expected, and he became kind of a douchebag after the show, but he was certainly one of the biggest characters of the season and was a great addition to it.


133. Kelly Czarnecki (Survivor: Gabon - 13th Place)

I love when the Survivor casting people put a stereotypical dumb blonde on the show, because even if you hate her, she's probably gonna be a really funny character when they highlight her stupidity. Kelly was a perfect example of this. She started off the show as the hottest girl in the cast (which goes to show just how fugly Gabon really was) and she was on the pretty, young, white tribe (aka Kota) with Bob as the token old guy. Her team won the first few challenges, but she was pretty useless as a competitor, and when Kota lost its first immunity, she was left on the outs with her tribe as her only ally was voted out of the game. But she was given new life with the tribe swap as she jumped over to Fang and gave us an awesome elimination that took me by surprise when they booted the only really blah character in the cast, Jacquie. She brought the comedy with some comments towards Ace, or about G.C. possibly being eaten by a monkey, and was booted in a poor decision by the tribe, given that she was loyal, whereas Ace/Sugar really weren't. Still, it was good from an entertainment perspective, so, sorry Kelly.


132. Sean Rector (Survivor: Marquesas - 5th Place)

I didn't really like Sean the first time I watched Marquesas, but since going to Sucks and since rethinking earlier seasons, I've grown to appreciate him as a really funny character. He was the king of the lazy alliance. That's not to say he was the leader. He was just the player on Maraamu who most embodied the spirit of laziness that the alliance shared. And Sean was really funny because he made almost every issue in the game about race, which can be annoying when it's an asshole like Al Sharpton, but in the case of Sean, it was just really funny. And best of all, he was even able to make jokes about it himself, like Hunter's "the black no nos are the troublemakers" comment where he got all up-in-arms about that. And he had his reward trip with Paschal, and the two guys could not be any more different unless one of them was a chick. But they had a good time and it was actually a rather cute moment between the two that helped solidify their alliance to the final 5. Sean was a very good character and he probably should've been cast over Boston Rob for All-Stars (not that I think he's better than either version of Boston Rob, but he did make the final 5 while Rob didn't make the jury.)


131. Ashley Massaro (Survivor: China - 15th Place)

God bless the Survivor casting people for putting Ashley('s breasts) on Survivor: China. She may have only lasted for two episodes, but she was still a big character that helped to contribute to the amazing female cast of the season. She didn't handle the elements well at first, getting sick within the first few days, which put an immediate target on her back. It didn't matter when she made a recovery, because she was already on the outs of a five-person alliance in which she really wasn't included. The fact that she didn't play nice with the tribe's designated leader, Crazy Dave, certainly didn't help matters for Ashley at all. The funniest part of her storyline, really, is that she went into the game as one of two "celebrity" castmembers (along with Jean-Robert), and she was a professional wrestler, yet despite being a strong member of her tribe, she was voted out second...one episode before they had a freaking wrestling challenge in which the other three women on her tribe had to use their combined strength just to push Denise's fat ass into the water. Such a shame, 'cause Ashley would've dominated that challenge.
