Does anyone have season 11 (Guatemala) with a decent bitrate? I got an e-mail from itunes saying I could upgrade seasons 12 and 13 that I bought from them at
a lower bitrate because they are now available at 256 kbps. I was hoping season 11 would be available at a higher bitrate too but it looks like you can't
even buy season 11 from them anymore. I guess I'm going to buy season 18 but I really hope it's better than season 17 because I thought the Gabon
soundtrack was the worst so far.

Could someone plz post a link or send me the theme songs in HQ from all the seasons? I would appreciate it.
I don't have access to iTunes, believe me I would pay serious money for these tunes, coz I simply LOVE them. So far I only managed to find the theme song for S13 Cook Islands, and I have all the other from poorquality youtube rips. I searched through all the pages in this topic but I only managed to found either broken links or a site which has been taken off the internet. A big THANK YOU in advance. :D |

thank you, but it still has very poor bitrate which results in poor overall listening experience on hi-fi
but thanks anyway, all the versions I found and downloaded on youtube are worse than this |

at this point I'll settle for a audible theme. While Gabon did grow on me, Tocantins was... yeesh.
Also... why did the font in the intro get bigger than what it was in SD?! Typically when you go HD fonts get smaller since it's viewed on larger televisions/higher resolution. It seems ass backwards. Also, why the fuck can't they add some kind of graphic to the names, like they did with the smoke effects on Pirate Master whenever someone's name popped up in the intro. Or the snake skins in Outback... or the tribal designs in Africa. I also missed the cool season-themed fonts when they'd say "39 days" etc... I mean hell Season freakin 1's graphics were better on the font, they had a cool fire-like glow to them. Hell even the confessionals in season 1 when they would speak would have better graphics with a torn piece of paper with a fire glow behind it and the person's name on top. |

I personally miss the still photos of each castaway...I can understand that it's not worth the effort when voted-out castaways are dropped from the
intro...but would it kill them to create one intro intro and let it run for the entire season?
The whole 10 seconds they'd lose in commercial time shouldn't be enough to sink the show. There's also the pain-in-the-ass factor of having to hack the theme apart each week. I know a lot of people accuse Russ Landau of getting lazy and unimaginative with the theme, but if I were him, I'd have a hard time putting a ton of effort into something that's just going to get ripped apart so CBS can squeeze in a few extra second of ad time. |

hello guys!
i'm kinda new here, have been a Survivor fan not for so long now (since Micronesia till present, and now watching the older seasons 15,14,13..etc). Found out about this forum today while googling about Survivor music themes and such and I was wondering if someone, since iTunes is not available in my country, could post the Micronesia Ancient Voices Theme together with the complete Survivor Tocantins soundtrack for me, (wich i found an amazing season after the show being on so long) but i must admit I found about it's soundtrack existing reading the older posts! Hope to hang out here a lot more and discuss the next few seasons to come when they're airing with u, and get to know everyone better in time (i see people knowing each other here for like 5 years or something!! haha) Hope u can help!
