I accidentally ordered pigs brains (in a clear gelatin mold) when I was in Germany once. Fucking nasty!!
When I was in China, i tried Silk Worms (gushy and gross)
Seadog (nasty, still have no idea what it is)
Starfish (yuck, can't even describe the taste)
Seahorses (crunchy and yummy!)
In Thailand, I went with our guide to find bamboo worms which were really gross live, but salty and yummy when we fried them up.
