Rob's either ignoring me or has better things to do so I'll combine the best parts of both writeups I had ready for him and post it tomorrow after these two. Then I'll do the final 3 wednesday.

#5: JP (Solitary 2.0 Pod 9)

I didn't start watching survivor until Gabon, but from what little I've seen on sucks JP wasn't well liked on the game. Here though it's different. When I started watching the show he was my least favorite, especially after hearing he's a reality whore who quit his job for the show, but the spirit he put into the game made me change my mind. He was the second part of the epic rivalry and was the powerhouse of the season up until his leave, which scared everyone to death and created an unspoken pod alliance to take him out of the game. He also coach's speaches with him, which got a little funny after a while.

And "You are the first person... to finish second" is one of the best parts of the show.

#4: Phu Pham (Solitary 2.0 pod 8)
My Phu love has been pretty wavy. When I started watching solitary he was the guy I was cheering on to win, but after figuring out his win was bullshit the love affair ended for a little bit and now were here. Phu quit every treatment he went into (most of them just barely passing) had an unfair test win, and a terrible attitude through the game and still managed to pull off the win, which I have a problem with like stated, but Phu's forgiven now mostly for the reasons I loved him in the when I just started watching. Phu was the funniest there for most of the show, and had some witty reaction to most of the things going on. Later on his insecurities became obvious, and seeing him overcome them was one of the shows highlights.

I got writers block during the Phu review. Final 3 maybe on saturday.

#3: J Scott (solitary 3.0 pod 9)

I hoped I would never use the words "juggalo" and "pretty cool guy" to describe a person thanks to life experience, and while it may be true for him in real life where he is a self professed drunken asshole who until recently was having old men staple money to him (as far as I know), it slides for him on TV. Big J was probably the only one there who honestly did'nt mind the conditions of the game and had a cool sense of humor about things, such as the uselessness/creepyness of the elderly (i agree). He also did America a service by taking Maureen out in the best way it could've ever happened. He was also a strong player whos only flaw was his massive weight which did him in midgame. Regardless he had probably the best leave in the show, even though he lied and is still a drunk.

Nikki Epel/Knight/<3 (solitary 2.0 pod 3)

After spending some time with yall on this site, I feel like anything I write could get me serious hate for being considered underwhelming but since she's not #1 It's happening anyway. The girl's a ray of sunshine, that cried a lot but still I really think her outlook on life is pretty cool. So pretty much after my Phu love was over I ended up latching on to Nikki. Pretty much every moment she's on has something either humorous or emotionally stirring which is beyond the casting of all the mactor filled shows now, but she still cant stand up to my #1...

MARK (season 1 pod 5)

I understand positive write-ups usually are'nt as funny but Mark is flawless and deserves all of my praise. His divorce came at the perfect time for the viewing public, because it gave us a man who needed to prove himself more than anyone else on the show. His weakness was apparent both in his behavior and his excellent reactions to the tests, but his will was proven, and he's the only player to make it to the end with no test wins at all. Like Cliff he also forced the show to focus on the players, and his storyarc is fantastic, so he deserves my <3.
