Just like hidden drug addictions, Michael probably has many skeletons in his closet in the form of families he paid off to never open their mouths about him raping their kids. Hopefully with his death these families will speak out and show the world what kind of monster Michael really was.
That's not how that settlement worked you idiot. And, as I said before, if there was sufficient evidence, the DA would have took it to court no matter what.
