I have a feeling she's going to change her mind and ask for her cancel her resignation on Monday. The bitch just wanted a three day weekend.

oh crap, speaking of teabaggers, I was totally invited to a party tonight. If I had remembered earlier I might have swung by to see the reaction to the Palin
thing.

I can't say I really disagree with the "this is better for Alaska" thing though. I don't really give two shits about Alaska and they could
give it back to Russia for all I care, but what other governor is going to have a non-policy related media circus around them 24/7 when the next legislative
session rolls around? Mark Sanford is the answer and he's being pressured to resign as we speak. Her Lt. Governor is basically her only major political
ally in the state (she supported him against corrupt US Rep. Don Young last year in the Republican primary) so their agenda can continue without all the chaos.
Whether you think all the drama is her own doing or not is irrelevant. It's still there.
That said, that's obviously not the major reason for her resignation, but you still can't really mock it. She's either making an idiotic political move, there's some scandal looming, or she just wants to make big bucks in the private sector. The latter should enhance her Republican credentials imo. Todd has always been too working class for me. |

WHY IS SARAH PALLING AROUND WITH AND EMAILING TERRORIST AYERS?????
The head of the Republican Governor's Association said on Friday that in emails sent to him moments before she announced her resignation as governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin discussed expanding the role she played in the Republican Party. |

ZombieLinda wrote:What do you mean you can't mock her resignation? Dumb bitch said she was quitting because she didn't want to be a lame duck and in having this presser and not resigning immediately she made herself a lame duck. Not to mention she included the phrase"the quitter's way out" in a resignation speech. |

Sarah Palin's going on Big Brother?
I figured she'd end up on Fox, not CBS. |

I hardly think Ayers could have his finger on the pulse of this considering he's only been director of the RGA for about five minutes.
