Survivor 1 - I can remember almost all the contestants. All the Rock of Love disasters and spin offs for slutty tramps. Oh yeah and those early Australia's Next Top Model where they got naked in the pool and such. ( I think Shandi's phone call to her boyfriend in ANTM is probably still my best/cringe-worthy reality moment )
