Mirena IUD and I highly recommend it. I haven't had a period in 4 yrs. I don't get why more people don't use it for that benefit alone.

My cramps weren't the worst ever after the IUD, because I had bad cramps to begin with. It's different for everyone. Mirena is good for five years,
similar string dealie but I haven't had to test it yet so I hope to hell the string's still there.
Most doctors won't do the snip unless you are a certain age and/or have had children. Had a coworker go through this, she couldn't find a doctor in NYC to do it because she was 33, never had a kid and was positive she'd never want kids. But they all refused to do it til she was 35. |
