It pisses me off that we miss all the first days in the house - the first impressions, the awkwardness, the jockeying for positions and alliances and getting
to know one another. Grrr. You know that's the BEST stuff. We get them when they're winding down from the adrenalin of getting in the house and the
newness of it all.
Have they ever explained why they don't give us feeds from the start? |

They don't give us the feed because
a.) They don't have a live premiere therefore they don't want us watching and discovering what happens in the first few days and what the twists are before the finale. b.) The first few days are pretty hectic in terms of production and getting the HG's settled into the house. Typically in the first few days, you have the producers teaching the HG's how to use the microphones and other things in the house while photographers come in and out of the house to take pictures of the group in the backyard. c.) I imagine the time they enter the house as well as the couple days that follow doesn't run as smoothly as it appears on TV. They probably have to stand around until they get things right and I wouldn't be surprised if they make them re-do and re-film their entrances since BB makes them re-film stuff all the time to get a better shot. The same probably goes with the first few days. |

All of those things make sense, Marlee - thx. I'll bet there is a lot of confusion and re-dos, you're right- and we all know we don't get ANY feeds
when there is any HG interaction whatsoever with production.
