I just can't see how the writers would possibly point the finger at who the real killer is in episode 11 and then in episode 13 have a "shocking reveal" that he's the killer and ahve the audience be like "yeah, of course he is." Other than that, I have no reason to think Jimmy isn't the killer. If they had not teased his guilt in ep 11 I would be talking about Henry or Jimmy as possible killers.

Good mysteries tend to have a centrally developed character as the killer. I've been an Agatha Christie fan for years, and a large majority of her stories end in this way. No character has as much depth as Henry that make sense as a plausible killer, and that fit together so well. Can anyone else think of any other scenario that makes any sense, both from a storyline perspective, and a "when do the writers reveal things" perspective? (Which to me eliminates Jimmy from suspicion)
The scorned boyfriend who has had his heart broken and would therefore identify with wakefield. Jimmys story writes itself if they wanted to. If the whole purpose was to bring abby back to jimmy and make jimmy the hero by "saving the day" that would work. It would also explain why the killer appears to want uncle martys money so much. Jimmy the poor fisherman needs the money to run away with his one true love obvo.
Perhaps the writers are going the poe "purloined letter" route and putting it out in the open knowing that if they make it obvious that it is Jimmy that nobody will suspect him. Though I doubt the writers would be that brilliant with the killer reveal.
