I mean, I can see nothing at all getting posted (as was the case for 2 days last month for one of the episodes), but how does the latter one get put up without the former? Some asshole in Canada is dicking with us, I'm sure of it...

You will likely not see episode 12 until Saturday night :-/

Ok, it's stretching, but I can buy it. What I don't get is why Henry (or Wakefield) would go to the trouble of putting die in Kelly's eyes. Karim explained it that it was used for the sheriff to find the monkey statue with the red eyes, hence finding the clipping that read "I found her, now find me". But why set that up, other than for fucking with us (the viewers) into interpreting it as some sort of motive or clue? Karim may have drubbed up some interest in the show in the past few weeks through his twitter account (and to be fair the original advertisements for the show where it was depicted as a mystery were not his doing), but he has been extremely misleading as well. He claimed we'd get closure for Uncle Marty's money (which turned out to be stupidly explained as him needing to bring $10000 in cash to help Malcolm - who he didn't really know well - out, only for it to turn into some sort of morality test for Malcolm later); he claimed we'd get closure for the oxygen tanks on the boat/docks (which wasn't explained at all), and he claimed we'd get closure as to who did what killing (which ended up being Henry just spouting off a laundry list of who he killed and how easy it was, without showing how he did any of it). This show was fantastic in getting me to theorize every week (in much the same way LOST does), and it is a fantastic concept (the murder mystery where characters get killed off each week and we must figure out the motive before the final reveal), but the ending was botched in so many ways that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. How about giving us a few (or how about just ONE) payoff from some of the clues that were placed in earlier episodes? Don't introduce plot points (and don't even get me started on the bullshit Ave Marie calls) that never result in any payoff. It's fucking lame...

I guess that is what he meant. Based on Henry's explanation about the money, It now seems plausible that Booth's death was not an accident and he was actually shot by Henry. I could never figure out why if Booth was shot by someone else then why Malcolm wasn't shot also.

Spoiler [+] The worst part is in episode 12, when they were playing up suspcicions of Jimmy being the second killer, they actually went back and replayed a couple shots of previous episodes to explain how Jimmy could have set up certain murders and how he could have executed two or three things, so it's not like it was even something the show's style couldn't have incorporated. And they even had good clues they could have gone back and shown - like the bloody fingerprints on Henry's arm after Abby finds JD dying at the docks. Fucking lazy.
