1. Final 3 wasn't at Men Tell All taping on Saturday; that's never happened before
2. Lisamill (I think that's her name) has ties to Reid and has been saying for awhile that she's heard that he leaves at final 3 but comes back
3. Jillian's own words where she said something like the last five minutes are crazy or something like that.
So they've added all this up and come up with "Reid comes back to propose". I think the fact that he wasn't at Men Tell All means something but who knows if he proposes at the end.
