They could have shot death scenes with a body double playing the killer, using close ups of hands, feet, etc. (not showing the face). That way, the
"dead" characters wouldn't have known who the killer was, and the audience could have had the satisfaction of seeing how everything was done.

Exactly! You don't have to necessarily show Henry, but there are ways around not showing anything because no one knew who the killer was. Or, body doubles
could be used for characters, such as Katherine. They could've shown him setting it up, at the very least.

particularly the ones where the logistics were so puzzling, like Beth, how he plunged a three-foot implement through the back of a loveseat just one foot from
the wall, Uncle Ben, et al., ...
just lazy, cheap and stupid. and him acting in his post like it's the fucking Godfather makes me wretch. |

I kept waiting for the scene where Dumbo visits his mom so she can rock him to sleep through the bars of her cage. Shea and Madison could have reenacted this in the police station. Then Madison could have flown to the mainland for help, clutching a feather in her trunk...er, hand. |

Note:
It turns out in a Harper's Globe coda, Robin Matthews did survive by outwitting John Wakefield by faking her death. I actually thought it was more poignant with her dying. But kudos to the HG creators. If only HI had been at the same quality. It's too bad HG won't be one of the special features as part of the HI DVD. |

I think I read on the Karim Zreik twitter that they were working to get the Harper's Globe webisodes on the DVD.

Am I the only one who finds it EXTREMELY weak that they didn't have guts to kill Madison? I mean, throw her off a cliff or have a bear eat her or
something.

God bless Time Warner and their HD On Demand channel. Our DVR screwed up taping the finales..
My wife and I both loved every minute of all 13 episodes. Even if you thought that Henry was the killer, it was played out skillfully. I think the sequel would've involved Madison. She spent an awful lot of time alone with Wakefield, and had to absorb some of his craziness. Let's please give CBS kudos for at least letting the series play out. Fox wouldn't have. |

seems there's a lot of lenience for the term "skillfully."

the guy that played henry answered a lot of fan questions on his twitter, one of which confirmed that his love for abby went beyond brother/sister type
love. ew.
