Wasn't it said that they're just going to switch using the big house when they have the kids? So it doesn't really matter where his apartment or
how large it is because the kids won't be staying there, he's going to be the one that moves for visitation, not them.
And someone said earlier that NYC isn't that far from the place where they live and it will be easier for him to ditch the paps in NYC where there are celebrities everywhere as opposed to in PA where Kate hangs out in the front yard so the paps can take pictures of her. |

I dont understand people who get married immediately after a divorce- don't you know the lust and butterflies and all that "love" stuff fades? If
you've been through it once already, you should know. Why the rush to marry? It's not like the old days where you had to buy this cow to get her milk.

What makes him think that his behavior over the past few months won't work against him in the divorce when it comes to his access to the kids? Kate should
make sure the kids aren't exposed to the trash he is hanging out with. Neat freak that she is, she'll have major issues with him smoking in the house
- and around the kids. I saw a previous episode where some of them had to have daily breathing treatments because of their premature status. It wouldn't
take much to get the court to consider that his smoking around the kids could be a risk to their health.
Has there been any kind of court date set or proposed timeline for the divorce? |
