See, that's the thing: I liked Steph pretty well the first time(s) through and re-watched with the intention of trying to nitpick and dislike her. Obviously she had her moments as much as anybody else, but it seems like a few things were blown out of proportion and made into this huge thing. I know - that could never happen at Sucks, right? Anyway, I just wasn't convinced, I'm afraid. I suspect there's something else underlying the general distaste for her, and it's probably something to do with the producers so obviously trying hard to make her a viewer favorite along the lines of Rupert. Then again, I suppose it could be that we at Sucks (or most of us, anyway) just want to be contrary and think we know better and therefore must dislike contestants that are so popular like Stephenie, Rupert, Romber, etc. Or I could just be full of shit, of course. That's always a possibility. ;)

I personally didn't understand the Stephanie love. I think the only reason anyone ever liked her was because she was the last survivng person on the Uulong tribe and was the only Survivor at that point to be forced to survivor on her own, causing many to have a soft spot for her. But when she returned to Guatamala, it was no longer "Stephanie the outcast" and she became very negative fantastic and even more awesome bitchy as WylDawg said.
