There are many reasons to hate Rupert for his performance in All Stars, but his alliance with Rudy was before any major screw ups (of course except siding with Jenna/Jerri). |

Steph and BJ <3 I was so shocked and surprised when they brought them back for Guat...not that they were some amazing dynamic duo or something.

Now, this is where it gets tough. I could easily make a case for every single one of the remaining alliances being number one.
Next three will be up sometime tonight. |

Wow. Obviously the next three were not up.
Sorry for dragging this out, but I'll finish as soon as I can. |

Steph and BJ <333 I was so rooting for Ulong. In hindsight it's probably good I started watching Palau around F7...at least being prepared for Ulong
getting wiped out when I got the season dvd and watched the whole season.

8. Eliza, Scout, Twila, Chris
Memorable Quote(s): "When I came out here, I was determined to play the game with integrity, honesty and truth. And if that didn't work, I'd lie, cheat and steal." -Scout "I swore to Ami and Leann on my son's name that I was with them one hundred percent. But maybe if I win a million dollars, God will forgive me." -Twila "We've overthrown the queen and the little princess. People like that just piss me off because they think they're so better than every- freakin'-body else. We have the power now. I have a great mind sometimes. I love it." -Twila "Final Four and look at our competition: a 60-year-old and Twila. Why don't they just get the checks out now?" -Chris (to Eliza) "Sometimes when it's in your best interest to abandon an alliance, you have to do that to get yourself further in the game." -Eliza What? I'm just layin' here. You know? In the hammock." -Chris "I don't trust Scout, I don't trust Twila, I don't trust Eliza and I don't trust Julie. And they don't trust each other. And the most screwed up thing about it is, I think they all trust me." -Chris Let's get one thing straight. Had these four made the final four without turning on each other beforehand, then they would have made it even further. Unfortunately, Eliza sided with Julie at the final 5, so it wasn't the best alliance per say. With that said, I like them enough despite that to rank them at number 8. Being a man, I despised Ami and her penis hating tactics. I will admit that she was a great villain character, but she was just that, a villain. Not a hilarious villain like Fairplay, Ami was just a cold hearted bitch during Vanuatu. I have no clue why she is so enamored with at Sucks. Luckily for us, her (much better and more likable) ally in Leann kicked Scout out of her final 4 alliance in favor of Julie. Unfortunately for her, Twila had a pretty good relationship with Scout. A good enough relationship to not only fill her in on what was going on, but all turn the tables on the woman in charge. Ami and Leann were sick and tired of Eliza annoying the crap out of them, so they made the decision to spare the last man from being Pagonged and save him a round. Well, he was getting saved a round, but Scout and Twila made sure Eliza was not leaving the game. The only problem was that Twila and Eliza did not get along, so there was absolutely no chance she would be able to fill her in. They needed Chris to get off his ass and get Eliza on their side. Eliza simply followed when she heard that she was leaving if she didn't, and we had a completely epic blindside of Ami's second in command and the hottest woman in Survivor history, Leann. While I was sad to see Leann leave, I was not sad about this unlikely group that had just formed. Twila and Eliza hated each other since the moment they reached the island together on Yasur, yet here they were working together to make the final four. Again, Eliza sided with Julie and supposedly Chris a round early to end the group, and she most likely would have sided with Ami at the final 6 had she, Ami, or Julie won immunity, but whatever. It didn't happen, and we were left with more backstabbing and fighting in a great end to Vanatu (after a terrible start). As I've said many times before, I did not like Eliza during the early parts of Vanuatu. Her and the other Bowheads annoyed the crap out of me, and I did not start taking a liking to her until this coup was risen, even though she had absolutely nothing to do with it. It was all Twila and Scout with the help of Chris, but Eliza was simply a member trying to save her own ass. It worked, and she made the final 4 despite terrible odds. Who doesn't love a great underdog story? Well, she was my least favorite out of the four, and she was not even my favorite underdog story out of them. Chris by far had a more difficult and tougher road to get to the end, and he was also incredibly entertaining in the way he talked, gave confessionals, slipped up on words, and played the game in general like a backstabbing prick. Twila is a breathe of fresh air compared to some of the female castaways we get these days, and I don't think we've had a tougher one since. Before partnering on Reality Stars Fear Factor with Fairplay, she was hysterical in the way her fights occured and the things she did. I mean she swore on her son's life while knowing that she'd break the promise. That is bad ass right there. I didn't like her as much as Chris, but she was still pretty damn entertaining as was the entire final four. Then we have Scout, believe it or not my favorite for most of the season, maybe being overtaken by Chris in the last couple of episodes, but I'm not too sure. Why she gets any hate is a mystery to me outside of her insanely long blogs because she was an older woman who couldn't do anything in challenges, yet she managed to not only stay in the game but she also became the leader of her tribe. She had some great confessionals like the first quote I posted, and the way she got along with Twila was great. Sure she is a psychotic old lesbian, but she is nothing like anyone we've ever seen before on the show, and she is incredibly underrated. 7. Yaxha 4 (Gary, Danni, Brandon, Bobby Jon)
Memorable Quote(s): "Bobby Jon's a tough worker, supposedly, so I hear. We'll have to see, but you know, he's kind of a little bit...dumb." -Brandon "I thought Gary was going to die when I asked him about being a quarterback." -Danni "Why don't you go cut a rope." -Brandon (about Jamie) "Dude, you gonna say one more thing to me, I'm gonna knock every one of your teeth slam out of ya head." -Bobby Jon (about Jamie) "Well what about this? 'Hey you guys. The idol is on the ground.' It's totally, absolutely on the ground. That wasn't a lie?" -Gary (to Judd) "I personally like Steph. But... um... there's some people here that are star-struck by her. That's not her fault... but... they all can probably get her autograph after the show." -Gary NuYaxha...arguably the most likable tribe of all time, and I'd give them the title, at least once they lost Blake. Brian and Amy were both great characters who left way before their time, but I wasn't complaining with what we were left with. Unfortunately, they weren't able to do too much as a group because they went into the merge down in numbers, but they never turned on each other and kept fighting. In the end, a NuYaxha member did come out on top. Like Scout, Brandon is hugely underrated, and it is very sad that people have forgotten the guy who called Bobby Jon dumb in his first confessional when everyone else was orgasming over him. He was just a laid back guy who kept lightening the mood with his funny quotes, and he also cut two ropes in 30 seconds. The same two ropes that Jamie took about an hour to cut. I was extremely pissed off when he left first at the merge. I mean there is absolutely nothing wrong with the guy. He was simply taken out for being a physical threat, yet he almost managed to stay. If only Jamie was a little crazier. Bobby Jon was known as a hard worker who lost every single immunity challenge he competed in. He is one of the most robbed contestants ever in terms of being screwed over by a twist (Late merge AND firemaking determining who would leave), and he deserved to come back a million times more than Steph in my eyes. He didn't turn out to be a dud as he still went insane in every challenge he competed in, and he also managed to have a fights of epic proportions with Jamie. Without Gary finding and playing the (only fair verison of the) idol, then Bobby Jon wouldn't have gone anywhere. The ex NFL football player in Gary was yet another great assett to the group, as he had some hilarious moments with Amy and Danni about his real profession with Amy threatening to beat him down and Danni going to his football camp. Gary Hawkins was not welcome, but he never let his guard down. His story arc didn't end with that as he managed to find the original hidden immunity idol in the middle of the woods after he caught Judd in his lie. He managed to stay in the game for one more round before he went out with a bang. First, Gary called out Judd on his bullshit, then he called Steph out on hers. It was hilarious to watch, and one of my personal favorite tribal councils. Danni was by far the least entertaining of the quartet, but I liked her for some reason. I was rooting for Cindy at the final 5, then Rafe at the final 4 and 3, but I did have a soft spot for Danni. I started liking her when she called out Gary being a quarterback in episode two's immunity challenge when they weren't even on the same tribe. She did become less visible than some others, but she wasn't like Brooke, Brianna, or Morgon at all. We knew she was there, and she had some moments like inviting the other tribe over for her birthday party. She really stepped up her game once Gary left and proved that she was a great player by picking up the immunity challenge advantage in the auction, then sending Judd packing when she could have taken a nap all day, something many players seem to do when they are safe. It didn't stop there as she continued playing a great game thereafter, one I have talked about in the Rafe and Danni alliance write up. |

Thailand, love ya, but a weakness I've seen with you time and time again is that you can't see past edits.... absolutely no offense to you, I just feel
it's a fact... Ami is popular here because people on Sucks saw past her ridiculously negative Vanuatu edit.

Scout had an amazing edit!!! It was always "everyone loves Scout, who could possibly beat her?" and never "that disabled, bitter whore has cost
us several immunity challenges and yet she's still here telling US we don't deserve it... wtf?"

Maybe it's time to rewatch Vanuatu. I'm not going to deny I never root for the fan favorites, but I definitely don't directly follow whoever the
editors shove down my throat.
