You are right about Rob. He was only technically aligned with Matt. Matt made an alliance with Butch, though, and the Chain was prominent in the season between Rob, Matt, and Butch. Still, the group of four did make a deal, and I'm not ranking these alliances solely on how successful they were. If that was the case, the Mall Rats wouldn't be dead last.

Yeah, you're right. I liked a bunch of others from Marquesas more than her overall, but she wasn't too bad of a character. She gets way too much flack for being invisible which is ridiculous, especially compared to ignored people from recent seasons.

I would like this list so much better if the top four was... better.

How could anyone like the Raro 4?

I think Christy should really bring down the Amazon alliance, though. I don't remember how you sorted these, but if Rob/Matt was its own separate entry, that'd be the one I'd rank very high up.

I combined most pairs that could fit together as a group, so I wasn't writing a million entries. Also, I didn't want them to be too repetitive. (Like include Tina and Colby/Tina, Colby, and Keith/Amber and Jerri/Ogakor 5 into just the Ogakor 5). Christy brings them down a little bit, but it isn't enough to take them out of the top 4.

And I hated most of Gabon and its cast, so not surprisingly, I don't really care for that Gabon group. I mean, I liked it at first, but Crystal is overrated and Kenny really lost me as the season progressed. And I have nothing but total indifference for Sugar and Susie. Plus, I resent that the alliance imploded and allowed Bob to cruise into a win.

Why'd you hate the Gabon cast? It was the first season in a long time without half of the cast being ignored to give a close up to a select few (and the winner).

The whole season was awful. Bob, Susie, Sugar, Charlie, Marcus, and Jacque were just boring as shit. Everyone else, minus Randy/Ace/Dan, were just unlikable.

Well, my two favorite seasons are Amazon and Thailand, so maybe I just enjoy watching unlikable casts. Entertainment comes in different forms, and it was refreshing to see unpredictability and everyone having a chance to win.

Gabon and Tocantins are both weird seasons to me... they don't feel complete. I like both, but there's just a small something missing in both. Like it didn't all come together as well as it should've with what they had.
