Yea, the quickfire was a mise en place relay.. 2 teams of 3.. 15 oysters, 5 onions, 5 chickens and 5 eggs whipped to hold for 5 seconds. Teams were Suzanne, Art and Micheal vs Hubert, Rick and Anita - Collichio came in to judge.. After the Oysters they were even, (Suzanne v Hubert) Art did the onions and pulled ahead of Hubert (1 person on each team had to do 2 items), Micheal was slow on the chickens and allowed Anita to catch up and going into the 4th item they were tied once more. It was Rick vs Art in the egg seperate and beat and hold thing. Art had some issues with seperation and Rick finished 1st.

The advantage (reallllllly cheesy here..) was a 1 star advantage (5 stars vs 4 stars)

They then made their signature dishes and had dinner, discussing each dish. When that was done, Kelly came back in and told them they had to make their own version (own spin) on another cheftestants signature dish. In return, whoever picked their dish, they would return the favor. Hubert, having done 2 items on the winning team, got to pick who's dish he was going to do and he picked Anita (So anita had to do Hubert's) The remaining 4 then went to the knife block and ended up with Suzanne doing Art's dish and vice versa, and Rick doing Michael's dish (and vice versa) $300 and 45 minutes to shop and 2 hours to cook. 6 guests plus Kelly and the Critics.

The guests were former masters contestants (one from each epi - Chris Lee, Elizabeth Faulkner, Ludo Lefebrve, Douglas Rodriguez, Rick Moonen (I think) and possibly Mark Peel (not sure)

Trying to remember reactions.. Art was so-so (he tried to do a Lambball with an egg inside hard to explain and it wasn't cooked 100%, Suzanne was 3rd Cold/Fish overdone - (she was done 10 minutes before time) Michael was ok, no pizzazz - Rick was excellent - (he didn't spin a mexican theme, he did Italian), Anita was excellent as well (she was creative with Hubert's dish, doing soup and sandwich - looks better than I can type it lol), Hubert was good as well (although his sauce was the weak point, being so-so)

Only interesting comment at Critics table was that Michael admitted that he was more interested in having Rick's approval than the judges/guests

In the end, Anita won, with 24 stars, Rick was 2nd with 23 (Anita got another 10k for her Charity) - Hubert was 3rd, Michael was 4th and Art survived with 15 stars. Suzanne had 14 1/2 stars and was eliminated.
