I don't really understand Godric being there though. If he's free to roam around the basement, manhandling FOTS employees, how is he really trapped?
I wonder if he has some kind of death wish. He's supposed to be over 2000 years old. Maybe he just wants to die already and decided to let them sacrifice
him.
Also, what's up with Andy? If only supernatural beings are unaffected by Maryann, does that mean Andy is some kind of 'supe'? And if so, what is he? At the end, when Andy showed up at Merlottes and Sam first saw him, Arlene commented that Sam looked like he'd just seen a ghost. Foreshadowing? Maybe Andy is some kind of ghost. Or maybe it was just Sam coming to the realization that Andy isn't human either. Awesome ep. In theory I was glad to see Daphne get killed b/c she betrayed Sam, but at the same time, I liked that particular actress. Too bad she had such a short role. |

I was wondering why Andy's impervious to Maryann, too. Maybe being drunk all the time's got him so addled there's nothing much in there to control?
And what the hell was going on with the opening shot? It sounded like he was getting sprung in trap and then bam and he's yelling for the pig. A shifter

Gark. On the paintball idea above -- yeah that didn't sound like a bullet hitting Jason (oh that it were). I thought it might be that she picked up some contraption that works on vampires but is pointless on humans. Paintball works better though. I am no longer regretting the loss of Jessica's slutty schoolgirl outfit, btw. Whoever picks the chick's lingerie for this series has a good eye. |
