Assuming that R goes home tomorrow night and Jeff wins the CDT, I'm guessing that Jeff really should throw the HoH contest tomorrow night.
If he wins HoH, then he really doesn't get much of anything that he already doesn't have with the CDT. But he won't be eligible for the following HoH contest. If he throws the HoH tomorrow, he should still be eligible to compete in the HoH contest the following week. (unless BB has some special rules that I don't know).
