Regarding the spoiler Spoiler [+] Sookie & co. go back to Bom Temps so it could just be that we don't see him again cause the stroy doesn't take place in Dallas anymore.

She would just go in her pantry and take out a packet of beef seasoning and use some pre-sliced vegetables from the produce section (I always love how she reminds us where the food items are located in the store) and stir fry heart would be all the rage. Throw in a "killer" tablescape and a "to die for" true blood cocktail and we have a semi-homemade party. Also, loved how Eric sort of looked like Jim Carey during his plan to fit in with the F.O.S. guys.
