I think that there will be four tribes of five people. Remember that Tom W. said that he would not do it again if the winners were not given a fair shot. We have been told that 4 winners are supposed to be on, and that there is probably 20 people. This would mean that we would need one more winner. I know that Tina and Jenna M. have been mentioned, so it could easily be one of them in place of one of the female winners that I have listed. So I think that the tribes would look something like this: Winners: Tom W. (10) JT (18) Sandra (7) Parvati (13 & 16) Danni (for some reason I think that s300's Danielle is Danni) (11) Runner-Ups: Stephenie (10 & 11) Courtney Y. (15) Amanda (15 & 16) Rob M. (4 & 8) Colby (2 & 8) Villians: Coach (18) Tyson (18) Randy (17) Jerri (2 & 8) Candice (13) Favorites: Cirie (12 & 16) Sugar (17) James (15 & 16) Rupert (7 & 8) S19 Male (19)

It culd make the tribes with 3 males dominate. It can also cause gender based alliances for the first votes.

And I agree Coach/Tyson/Randy might team up, but there'd probably be a 4 tribes going to 2 tribes thing Cook Islands style, so...yeah.
