Seriously they just need to cut the fat and get the girls down to Ariel/Suzanne (maybe Sabrina) and the guys down to Kevin/Dave (maybe Van). The rest all suck

Oddly, I do agree with Tenille that she's getting better, even though her confessionals drive me insane. The fact of the matter is that her best is probably no better than Ariel/Suzanne's worst. Although I recall Petrozza sucking ass in the beginning and then somehow making it to the F2.
Tek was the obvious choice. Although to work the meat station required teamwork and Tek needed somebody to back her up like Kevin backed up Jim. The meat station's a huge hurdle since the most mistakes are made on that and usually if the person is on the losing team they're often put on the chopping block. I'm still amazed though how the guys thrashed the girls. I kept waiting for a big fuck-up and the worst was Ramsey chiding Jim for using his tongs too much.
