I use a three step process:
1. Capture the media (Real Play Media Catcher or SnagIt) 2. Convert the video to a series of jpgs (DVDVideoSoft) 3. Make the gif (Photoscape) All the programs are easy to use. I'm sure there are hundreds of ways to make gifs, but that is my process for what it's worth. I apologize that I haven't been active lately, but I got laid off last week and have just now sobered up. My work computer was taken, so now I am scrambling with a borrowed PC. I really do enjoy making gifs, and I try to honor requests (within reason.) I consider it a badge of honor when someone adopts one of my creations as their avatar. Peace, zap |
