Stalking his girlfriend, DUI and he had steroids in the car. He says he had a prescription for them though.

Yea, Kurt seems unlikely now.
He claims he has a prescription for the roids (which I believe) but he was driving with a suspended license and looks like he has some abuse charges coming his way. Without knowing all the facts, in short, it sucks, he would have been a great all around contestant.

since they havn't announced who with who yet
so in my opinion it'll be.. Aaron + Chelise (She deserves some young guy with her age) Natalie + Dmitry (Give him some athlete pls..) Mark + Karina (I can see some chemistry here) Tom + Anna T (sorry for her  )
Macy + Maks (He did well with previous black girl so this is a good time for him to be back!!) Ashley + Kym (I think he is tall so..) MJH + Louis (She seems to have a lot of fans so it's a good chance for Louis to be back like Maks) Kathy + Tony (anoter good chemistry) Micheal + Cheryl (She got a lot of good partner so this may be a hard time for her) Joanna + Derek (She seems to be stiff so give him some bad one pls..)
