McWolcott wrote: McWolcott, you and I park our cars in the same garage. I LOVED Sons of Anarchy and I can't wait for it to start up again. I don't watch much TV, but the shows I do watch are Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad and True Blood. This is the most TV shows I've followed in years, but they are all so good. Any idea when Dexter and S.of A. start? also LESS THAN FIVE HOURS TO GO!!! |

I think if Alan Ball had realized how people would react to Godric, he would have kept him around longer.

Godric was awesome, but he was only around briefly for a reason: He had 0% chance of character development. I mean, that was his story. That he's been
alive for 2000+ years, had become totally awesome, and was basically just done with everything.

I agree, UKK. He served his purpose on the show and his story arc ended nicely, I'm happy that he isn't a recurring character.

Yeah Godric needed to die. It was a great, emotional story line. His death was one of the highlights of the season and probably the highlight of that episode.
It was touching. And I know many people get annoyed with Sookie, but last week, she seemed more human and down to Earth than we've seen her. Her kindness
really showed and even Godric mentioned it. It's beautiful, that whole episode was the perfect ending for Dallas. I can't wait until they get to Bon
Temps!! So excited for the season finale and to see what's in store for Jessica. One vampire death down, one more to go, correct folks?

I loved Godric but he had to die to further the rest of the series and the struggle between the FOS and the Vamps. Also, he was done. Tired, sick of it all and
ready to go.
