They have been hiding a necklace in esp 1 that then gives you the right to pick your tribe. Maybe they are going that way again. It would depend on if they paddle out after they do the first challenge. In the surf picture they are already in yellow or purple boats.

I feel like we might have two African American women and one African American man this season, but I honestly can't tell who that person is in the blazer. The quality of the picture is just that bad.

There is one black guy on each tribe. Only one black women but at least 3 others with darker skin.

She does look a lot like the yellow tribe girl on the beam - she might've been wearing a purple dress for pre-show interviews.
