consider that date to be the beggining of the end for survivor. next it'll be 4th timers, then 5th, then the END

theres a simple answer to this Lynne Spillman the stupid casting director for Survivor.its because of her that were getting people on there for a third time
like rupert amanda and several others.its because of her that there will never be a second chance survivor because she is always against the idea.Probst has
wanted one for years but everytime it comes up Spillman turns it down.Survivor 20 will be a mess of a season.

Whats the point of a second chance...what would be the criteria?
All Stars are ALL STARS for a few reasons...one of which is being recognizable. What would it be? Early people who didn't make it far? Wheres the cut off? If its pre merge people then no one will recognize these people....and if its post merge then it's an ASS season. It's just a bad idea all around. Premerge people would be nice but there will still be 6-10 people who will continue to be premerge boots and it would just be sad, depressing, and pointless for them. |

what'll be so entertaining about james the 3rd time around? and will we have to endure another 39 days of amanda's shitty UTR-ness only to see her lose again? rupert will roar!!!!!!!! and catch a lot of fish and will be generally adored. AT least steph the third time around will be interesting now we've seen the sweetheart and the bitch sides of her. how she'd be a 3rd time around would truly be interesting to see. |

A "second chance" series is probably the dumbest bullshit any so called "fan" of the show has pulled out of their asses.
Seriously, I'd rather just see a cast of unknowns than people from previous seasons we can't remember. |

This is shaping up like Survivor - The B Team...Really it's The Anniversary season, it just looks like they missed out on quite a few of the bigger names.
If they get past this I suspect we won't see any more returning player seasons.

I really hope the rumors are false and Amanda/ James aren't on. As far as 3rd timers....the only ones I want to see again are Stephenie, Boston Rob, Rob C,
Jenna M, Cirie, Sue (even though she wouldn't do it) and probably Parvati.

Because Fans vs Faves was the Best Season Ever (at least up there with Amazon and Pearl Islands).
So they wanted another ASS seasson for the 10th Anniversary (Probst is thinking of leaving). But if you don't have 3rd timers,you really are left with the B Team. |

E-man the problem is this seems like an ASS but it's a 'themed' version. Coupled with with that as matty mentioned several folks you'd expect
to see in an ASS turned it down. I'm sure if you asked 100 of us who'd you most like to see and you'd get 100 different answers.
I don't know why they didn't just do no 3-peaters and no winners. But as it is it just seems like the B -Team. |
