I just finished watching the 2 hour pilot and the second ep and it's not bad at all.

The abortion thing was weird though -- no more sales of pregnancy tests to the public and abortion illegal? I wonder if the future they're living in is somehow one where people aren't making babies fast enough to sustain the human race, thus every pregnancy must go to term.

Yeah the locker room stuff is bad. It only makes me madder because it's a cheap ripoff of the Starship Troopers camraderie, and with no nekkid boobies.

I thought it was nice that a SciFi series finally made the effort to explain how humans can walk around in zero gravity. It doesn't work all that well, but at least they tried.

Loving the kraut chick, but she looked a whole lot better without the bowl cut hairdo.

Anyhow, Fox's Virtuality was awesome I thought -- this series seems extremely close to that idea. I wonder if when Fox heard about this one at ABC, they blinked and shut it down.

Oh -- Marie Warner in space? Is Jack Bauer stowed away in one of those pods?


Wasn't the original title line a riff on Alien? The abortion thing is only one plot thread, so I say go full out and change it to "In space no one can hear you suck"

I went into this thing prepared to trash it due to Velocity issues, difficulties with Marie Warner that litte minx in space, and Capt. Nixon presumably leading but now sober. And in space.

This series is seriously growing on me.

I lurved the items between the chica and the nerd -- OUTSTANDING use of whatever they were using to "defy gravity."

Does this show have a set parked in an MD-11 Cargoliner that goes parabolic when needed?

So why does Goss have AJ parked in the hospital? Thieir interests coincide, right?
