This would be a non-story if they guy hadn't hit the wall. Cop can't help his surroundings, he was trying to make an arrest from a fleeing suspect. Unfortunately, there will be a settlement to make the bad PR this has caused go away, but the cop was just doing his job. PS: it was about 6 feet into a wall. Cry me a river.

That is the cop that shoot him... one of them... he got fired for something else and then went to jail for something else. Fouad Kaady crime? Car wreck... No drugs or anything... Just a car wreck... Burned.... Clothes torn off... In shock... Needed help... But was shot and killed.... Cops were worried about getting blood on themselves.... Nice bit of police work.

"Its ok to make people brain dead." The kid was stopping. We know that much..... And WE know the cop knew this..... Cop crime 101... Punish the runner...hurt them... beat them...teach them a lesson... No law supports it.... but this is why they become cops... To hurt people... In this lesson this cop taught that kid how to be brain dead. Nice bit a police work. Miss what he dropped at the time. Make him brain dead. And he is the worng guy to start with. Got to love the deductive reasoning at work. You drive a car? Have kids? Or someone close to you? See where the mom got tazed for a traffic stop? You have brain washed to trust cops. Children books. TV shops. Comics. Toys. "If you get lost, talk to the police." You need to grow up. Nasty sick evil people become cops. Don't trust them to do the right thing. They wont.
