I am angry we have to wait two weeks for the season finale. How many fangwatchers have holiday weekend plans... or lives? True Blood 2: Ep. 12 - Beyond Here
Lies Nothing Sep. 13 - 9:00PM ET / MT

I knew they were going to wait until after Labor Day--people out of town and stuff--like me, in an HBO-less wasteland.

yeah, I don't really have a big problem with waiting, plus they're showing a marathon in case anyone missed an ep. (I dvr'd them all and kept them)

I am praying some pirate will release a screener copy to the web, like with the season premier of Dexter, which I loved a week ago. heh.

One of the first episodes of True Blood I was truly disappointed in. First time I think the books may have ruined my watching experience as the character of
the Queen was pretty much opposite from what I expected. The rest of the hour was sort of crap. Hopefully the season finale can get shit back to what I expect.

Most pay cable shows are 12 eps.
I'm gonna need the night to even process this episode. Too much happened at once. |

A lot of information tonight! Will watch again at 11:30!
I'm sad about having to wait two weeks! |

I loved the Queen. Just so random and you just KNOW there is so much more to her...

The only thing I was disappointed in was the Queen and Bill hanging around so long & the Yatzee! The rest of the episode was great and I need to watch it
again and again. I am so anxious to see the final episode. TWO WEEKS? Ugh, I want to see it now.
Eric with his windblown hair, landing in New Orleans and having the pissing contest with Bill was freaking hot. Eric owned this episode, with runner-up honors going to the always fab Lafayette. Oh and poor Jessica. Who is going to be the sacrifice? |

I think Sookie will try to sacrifice herself since Maryann wants someone with supernatural abilities.
Fuck, I have got to watch this atleast a couple more times., The fucking egg? Well, the guy is named "Eggs". I wonder if Jessica is going to kill herself? Nice to see Hadley. Love the Queen and Eric. And Lafayette was awesome and sad. Okay, off to watch a few more times. I have about 5 different ideas for thread title changes. |

The Queen was great! I just realized how much I like her lol.
Poor Jessica, I wonder what happens with her. I'm already excited about season 3! |

The Jason and Andy conversations were gold. Especially Jason asking if Sam could lay his own egg if he turned into a chicken.

I thought it was a solid episode... I kind of expected Queen Sophie-Ann to be more crazy based off of Allan Ball and Evan Rachel Wood's comments. She was
rather mundane and her attitude was no different than any other Vamp... Minus wanting Eric and Bill to fuck. Eric's scene with Sam and the kids def. was
good and funny. Was Eric flying the first time we've seen that happen? I don't recall anyone else flying, but I may be mistaken. On the flip side I
hated Sookie laying down with that guy... A pointless and complete waste of time.

I thought it was nothing but filler. And I thought Evan Rachel Wood thought she was doing dinner theatre. Worst fucking performance I've seen on the show.
Whatever they are psying her they need to get it back

I really enjoyed the rest of the episode, but I seriously thought Wood was embarrassing to the show and herself. Nothing came off as natural at all, like from
the minute she came on screen I knew none of her scenes were going to work. That first line made me cringe.
