Would it also kill them to put One Survivor and the castaways back in. I understand the castaways part but why take out One Survivor? That's just wtf to
me. They really did get lazy with this stuff. It's just simple editing and you can't even do that?

On Russ's Twitter he has said that the theme has been finished for Samoa. Which he wrote a while back. I wish he could release it to the general public

He also mentioned that he worked with a group of the Katinas, a simple google page came up with a band of four black guys named the Katinas, and their website.

I did a little digging on Youtube, for the Katinas...the vocal group that recorded the vocals for the new theme.
They are band that usually produces Christian worship music in the Samoan/polynesian harmonic vocal style. Here's an excerpt from a live church performance that might give you an idea of how the vocals might some in the new theme song. |

I think it's time Russ had male vocals for the chanting. He has used women and children in the past, but i think for the Samoa location male vocals would
suit well. Hope to hear the theme soon..

Micronesia and Cook Islands had male vocals in them, and they were some of the best themes of Survivor. I really hope that he used male vocals for Samoa.

Tocantins grew on me, though is still very weak in comparison. Gabon is fantastic, though.
Still don't think there's been anything as exciting and innovative as the theme for Vanuatu. |

I can't agree with you guys. Tocantins theme was awesome. Gabon one was too. I personally don't like China and Micronesia. And again, Fiji is epic.
