Kevin is likely doing Jeff a favor by pouring his booze out. He already has one DUI under his belt. Plus, Kevin probably doesn't want Jeff to get drunk
then he'd be trying to get physical with Kevin because Kevin is sending his ass packing. Pour that booze out Kevin, the drunk has had enough.
