I thought that Shirin/Carol Hannah should have been in the bottom two for THEIR avant-garde look. Carol Hannah, honey, I know that you're from South Carolina or something, but even there, "avant-garde" doesn't translate into "bad 1988 prom"!

I thought that this would be the episode in which he would finally show the judges his potential and promise, and it never materialized. If I were Mitchell, I would be absolutely horrified and upset. Not so much with being eliminated, but with the fact that I couldn't show my talent. Fucking it up once is bad enough, but three times in a row - and at the beginning of the competition - is downright obscene. Either Mitchell's downfall was just due to bad luck, or maybe the producers needed to put a little juice in the show by casting who they thought was the most incompetent designer to ever audition for the show, just to make a great contrast with the others. I don't know what was going through Mitchell Hall's mind when he had those problems, but if I had been him, I would have quit fashion design right then and there and thrown myself off a bridge. Just out of curiosity, is there a website where one can see his work before Project Runway?

Didn't necessarily think it was the best of the lot but honestly don't remember one single outfit that I saw last night, just 10 hours or so later.... Logan is nummy. Hope that Gordana goes far. Do not like Crystal. She is a talentless shrew from what we've seen so far. She was going to take credit for the outfits if they did well or throw Epperson under the bus if they didn't go over well. Guess I don't blame her but I don't care for her. Perky Shirin's voice is annoying as hell. She sounds like she should be in a remake of Election.

It was bad for an evening gown and terrible for an avant garde piece, especially for a beach-inspired one. Shirin's beachwear was rather uninspiring as well, considering the model just wore a bathing suit and held a sheet for most of the runway walk. LOVED Althea's avant garde one. Louise's beachwear was alright, but too similar to her design from last week. Christopher/Logan's beachwear was fug. The fabric for the pants was a bad choice, I think, because it made her legs look dirty. Their avant garde was really nice, though. I totally loved Irina/Johnny's outfits, especially the beachwear. He should've won over Ramen. I thought that Qwistal/Epperson's outfits were far and above the absolute worst. I did not get the shape of the beachwear one at all, and the avant garde one shouldn't even be addressed. Nik/Gordana's weren't bottom two material. I'd have put Carol/Shirin in there instead, because neither of Nik/Gordana's designs were really bad, just badly executed.

Although, this totally exposes the judges having shit for brains when they can reward a dress made in 45 minutes and another dyed with 1 hour left. I'mma just say praise jay-sus Qristyl's still here. And Epperson finally had a confessional!
