A kid isn't going to stop being a kid and be a mature adult for all times with one stern glance.
It takes YEARS. YEARS for a person to grow up. As in, lots of time. Stop freaking out when your significant other's children are, *gasp* CHILDREN. Dumbasses. |

The reason I posted this thread was because I get So. Damn. Tired. of hearing guys piss and moan about how some kid they're around is 'crazy' or
'isn't going to be able to make it out there in the world.'

Yay! Thank you Non for bringing this up. Have to have the hubby read it when he gets home. He truly believes that our 10 and 8 year old are "little
adults" and should act like them. In fact, that is the basis of most of our fights and he get's pissed that my defense is always "they are

However being kids doesn't excuse bratty behavior. Kids should be able to follow directions and to be quiet and polite when appropriate.
