Re Natalie and her homophobia... I don't think I saw it covered here - maybe I'm wrong - but did you guys discuss the outrageous discussion the other
evening when Nat and Kevin were in the hammock and Natalie was trying to bring Kevin back to God?
She LITERALLY said "well, being gay IS a sin - make no mistake about that. It says so in the bible, so no matter what, you ARE sinning by being gay... but we all sin in one way or another, so..." How Kevin sat there and didn't even flinch I'll never know. Between that and Nat telling him he needs to dress more straight; that he needs to TRY sex with a woman because maybe he'd like it, etc., etc. I don't know how he tolerates her breathing. I really don't. I'd love to hear what he thinks when he gets out of the house. Natalie makes me ashamed. She's just such an awful excuse for a human being. |

I once knew a guy who would say something about people I found very funny. He would say that some person just didn't have the "parts" to do
something or other. What he meant was that the person just didn't have either the mental components or physical components to be able to work through some
task.
What it meant to me was that the person just wasn't smart enough to be able to get something done. But it really wan't an insult against that person. It really was a kind way of saying the person just was not equipped to be able to deal with a certain task. So, I would say that Jordan just doesn't have the "parts" to reason out Kevin's positon or the position of any gay person. In fairness to her, I'm certain she has never been faced with gay issues and she has never been faced with what is requried to work out those issues. All in all, I would just feel sorry for her. I mean, it's not really her fault that she can't understand gay issues. I mean really. Would you blame a snail for not being able to win a mile race? It's just not in his nature. Likewise, Jordan just has no clue how to deal with Kevin and I really think Kevin should know that and cut her some slack. After all, how the fuck could Jordan ever be expected to be able to make intelligent decisions about gay issues? She can hardly make intelligent issues about sleepware issues. How could she be expected to work out all the dilemmas involved in gay issues. Fuck. I can't work it out and I tend to think that I have a lot more on the ball than Jordan. But, I would definitely give Jordan a pass on these issues. Besides, what the fuck does that asshole expect to be able to accomplish by challenging her to discuss gay issues with 3 or 4 days remaining in the house? It's really pretty stupid when you think aobout it. Jordan just does not have the necessary components to handle this and Kevin should know that. What a fucking imbecille! All he will accomplish is to make her feel bad about herself for no good reason. |
