I've never had a hard time because I stay firm & say no, cancel my account please. I tell them I won't be able to call them after a month to cancel so I want the charges stopped on my expiration date. Been doing this for 9 seasons & never had a problem. Just be firm.

Click on "Location/Language Preferences". Change your zip code to 243-8511. Change your country to Japan. Click "Save Changes" Go back to your Main "My Account" page. Click on "Cancel or Edit Memberships" listed under My Memberships - Super Pass. Click "Cancel" They will offer you one month free. Click "Cancel" again. Your membership is now canceled.

This time I decided to just call and see why everyone says it is a hassle. I got the lovely melodic Indian voice and person of Monica. She didn't try to sell me anything, she canceled it immediately and then she just let me know that REAL is showing the Vegas party on Saturday and has a BB chat coming up, and she was very sweet--reminding me I have until the 4th so I can watch them, and can still download my free music and games. 2-3 minutes ETA 2 minutes after that I got my cancellation confirmed email. It says right under My Account portion of Superpass "Cancel your account". Boom, I click on it and I'm done. Nobody else has this?

There's a copy of one upstream some where. It has been a major pain in the ass for the majority while a few have had an easy time that is why there is this same discussion/questions/options every season here.

I had a question once about a tech problem & they solved it for me in minutes. Turns out I had messed with my PC clock & it was messing with my sign on name staying on. But the "Forum Jump" drop downs (to the left of the "New Topic" button at the top of the page, to the left of the "Add Reply" button at the bottom) work fine.

I've sent the admins the new code (all they have to do is switch the URLs from the old ezBoard URLs to the new yuku ones) but they haven't switched it yet. Back when the yuku switch first happened, the ezBoard URLs DID redirect you to the proper yuku address, but they've mostly stopped doing that now because they've completely phased out ezBoard.
