Remove this ad DEAR SEG/Mark Burnett/Lynne Spillman It is SPECIFICALLY in the contract that contestants SIGN that they are not allowed to destroy others' property. Russell H. burned Jaison's socks purposely and wrathfully. This was against the rules. Not only did CBS let Russell get away with it, they REWARDED him. I think if this causes Jaison to have foot problems in the game and end up losing due to that, he'd have a legitimate case against CBS for allowing this.
