He seems like a nice guy, but I predict most of his Vegas audience will leave before his show is half over. I'd feel sorry for him if he didn't have a
million dollars in his pocket. His 1st performace was his only good one, after that every song was off key and notes were flat. Least talented winner of any
talnet show ever. Comparing him to Ruben Studdard is a joke. Ruben can carry a tune.

I'm glad that I didn't watch the finale of this shit. Kevin Skinner may have had a manipulative back story, but so do millions of people in this world,
and none of them are on Got Talent or any other like-minded show. And I'm still not on the Susan Boyle love train. It would have been nice to have seen
Diversity, the actual winners of Britain's Got Talent, perform on the finale. They'd put Footworkingz to shame big time. And so ends the most
manipulative America's Got Emotional Blackmail ever. At least, until next year, when they crank it up even more and have 40 semifinalists, each with their
own sad-sack story.

Worst winner by far. SO OVERPIMPED and forced by the producers because of his 'heart' and 'genuine performance' - UM YEA BUT HE SUCKS. He will
not survive in vegas at all - he wouldn't survive in the country music world either. No star quality at all. At least Barbara was talented - but NEITHER of
them belong on this show or in Vegas. They belong with a record label (at least Barbara does).
Recycled Percussion was the ONLY act that would have survived in Vegas at all. I am guessing the producers rigged it because of their legal problems. |

Just watching my tape of the finale (sue me) and wanted to post this brainfart:
Who is Thelma Houston fucking to get all of these plum reality show gigs? She's done AGT before, did Idol before and again this year and has had a few other plum showcases recently. And this isn't the first time I've seen her in that teal dress and gold stilleto heels with the blonde dreads doing that same "drunk ghetto auntie" Tina Turner kickstep. Not bad for someone who hasn't had a hit record in over 30 years! |
