You guys can hate him all you want, but he's a brilliant strategist and the most interesting player we've had in seasons. I can't wait to see more of what he can do. Is there a second tribe? Who is on that tribe? I don't even know their names yet! I'm really enjoying this season so far, although episode two seemed really disjointed to me and I heard some of the backstory which makes the editing even more confusing. Russell apparently saw Yasmin looking up trees and so then he began to do the same. Why wouldn't they show that? That's still awesome, maybe not as awesome as finding it with no clue, but everyone is calling producer manipulation, which I really don't think it was. Those are my thoughts right now. What about you guys? Totally interesting. But I did wonder HOW he would have thought to go looking for it. I thought maybe, since they hadn't sent someone to eXile after the challenge, that he assumed there was no eXile and that an idol must be at both camps. I would've preferred to see how he actually got it, even through observation of Yasmin, for sure.

Posts: 325 (10/02/09 07:38 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts	He was an ass... but I guess that interview showed that he wasn't just trying to be a villain for the cameras... that he really is like that in real life. At tribal Jeff tried to give him a chance when he asked him if he wanted to apologize to Jaison, and Jeff showed him what he could say... and he still refused to do so. That interview just made it clear that he had no idea what he was doing out there other then making racist comments and starting fires.
