Two and a Half Men is an easy enough target - the show is literally 90% bodily fluid based humour. But Jon Cryer wrings out plenty of laughs playing fussy,
judgmental and massively pathetic on that show. There's worse things they could do with an Emmy then give him one.
Amazing Race - said it before and I'll say it again, first one on the list and whiny reality show hating writers/actors are just ticking it off to show how much they don't care. Dr.Horrible - awesome Sara Maclachlan - unnecessary Bob Newhart - hmmm, not dead. Mentalist with english accent - you betcha! Bill Compton with english accent - that's just weird. |

Mad Men in 60 Seconds: That is EXACTLY how a brainless, twittering, you-tuber would see Mad Men. |

I just want to say in the immortal words of Jeff Probst.. I am living my dream. I have always dreamed of posting on a message board that did not exist until I
dreamed it and then it happened. In the immortal words of Oprah.. well whatever she says I am on my second dirty martini at this point...

Two & a Half Men is a stealth outstanding show. Those of you who haven't seen it in awhile aren't aware of the crap they get away with there.
Again: Chuck Lorre is a genius. Cryer usually acts as the straight man in most bits, but being the straight man is actually harder than the funny one -- backin the day, Abbot got paid more than Costello. I wanted NPH to win that category, but Cryer doesn't suck. |

right. and taking nothing away from bodily fluid humor, Two and Half Men is just stale and not clever with its writing or craft. And props to Cryer who is a good actor for taking the money and running. The politics that dictates he submits in supporting alongside Sheen's lead category is baffling but understandable. but I have to say there is a lot of good television being done right now, or more so, exciting television. |

Sorry, but I just have trouble reading the word "genius" in the same sentence as the guy who created Dharma and Greg. Even Big Bang Theory, my fave
of his shows, could at best be considered really cute.

He was created to be the lead, but the past few seasons (at least), Charlie Sheen's character is definitely the focal point of the show now. |

Again Chandra Wilson and Sandra Oh get snubbed for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama? Fuck the Emmy's. It's bad enough they keep snubbing Grey's
for Best Drama Series and Ellen Pompeo for even a nomination in Best Lead Actress in a Drama, but to give Emmy's to all these other no name whores over
Chandra and Sandra is ridiculous.

you know Jessica was a beautiful woman and I think she would have still been one but when you alter the natural foundation I believe it makes it well that.. if
that isn't a reason to avoid the knife....

Besides, even if you hate Grey's, you have to praise Chandra and Sandra for their amazing acting in the show. Especially season 4 in the episode where they had to deal with the nazi ambulance driver. Very emotional episode for their two characters and it was fantastic. |
