I don't believe that Gretchen will be Sylar'ed. She'll have powers of her own but I'm not sure what kind yet. She probably caused
Claire's first roomie to fall from the window. Perhaps she's an illusionist and roomie thought she was walking out the door to the hall, but ended up
falling from the window instead. Or Gretchen can turn into a giant spider or preying mantis and the girl jumped to get away from her. She'll be jealous
of any friendships that Claire develops and they'll instantly disappear or die.
Who will tattoo lady's daughter turn out to be? Gretchen? Deaf girl is too old unless tattoo lady doesn't age. Deaf girl's storyline is
interesting, and I'm curious to see how her power plays out.
If some stranger came to my door with a story that he used to live in my house and wanted to see inside it, I'd say no, too. Seriously, did he think
he'd be allowed in? Can Peter still just have one power at a time? If so, he'll have to follow ink guy back to the carnival so he can
"touch" speedy again. I agree that inky wants Peter to replace his brother.
Parkman's story line is boring and drags on and on. Just get it over with already. btw, he certainly got over Daphne quick.

A lot of foreign people watch this show, never knew that.
As far as who Lydia's daughter is, I definitely don't think it's Gretchen. She's way too old and Lydia doesn't look like that old herself. I don't think they'll be covering that in the episodes though, I think Lydia has her own webseries. Last weeks webcomic was about Lydia and Edgar, they've been friends since they were younger and ran off to join the carnival together. Lydia is an empath like Raven from Teen Titans. Oh, and the stupid reviewer at EW thought Samuels powers were to manipulate ink -  . Did this idiot not even watch the first episode?

Samuel - Terrakinetic/Earth Manipulation; the ink he uses is earth-based which is why he can manipulate it on peoples skin;

We haven't seen her use her empathy on the show other than on her tattoos, but she did use it through a crystal ball in the web comic last week.

If someone would have told me back in 2006 that this show, which was getting 13-14 mill viewers a week, in three years would barely be getting 5 million
viewers I would have called them an idiot.

Okay...
Lord forgive me but I am really enjoying the Sylar/Parkman stuff. It is a shame the show has butchered the Sylar character the way they have, because what Quinto is doing right now is really good stuff, but you get the feeling the character could cure cancer while doing a hilarious bit of stand-up and most would still hate him. It is a very interesting question though - how far is too far when it comes to using your abilities?? Hayden looked INCREDIBLE. I'm reserving judgment on the arc as I have no idea where it is leading, but goodness gracious did she look fantastic. Also enjoyed the character growth on HRG's part. Feels like something has finally paid off on this show. I seem to be in the minority on this, but I don't find the Carnies all that interesting... yet. I'm glad that Milo has remembered how to act this volume, but I am not sold on the overall plotline as of now. Next week looks great... mainly because of one Ali Larter. And what do we think, does the show work better with fewer characters per ep? |

Emma's power was beautiful. I hope they don't turn it into some sort of "fighting" ability, like turning the sound into a weapon or whatever;
it's completely nonsensical that every ability has to be used in an offensive and destructive way.

That deaf girl music incident in the park was interesting..Waiting for Peter to turn bad!!!!I have trust issues with him.His comapass on his arm is creepy.
I really overall think this season is well written so far.Season 2 stunk and 3 was better...I have high hopes for 4.
I love the charcters, but the plot is boring. I think I'm gonna stop watching now.
also absolutely loved the deaf woman seeing the sounds that's awesome - cello scene was really cool.
