Hugh family guy fan here. This sucked. It just was not funny. How many black stereo type jokes can they make. I think Stewie had the best line "They gave
HIM a show?" Seriously Cleveland? Hell I would have preferred a character introduced for a few episodes, then spun off.

The show is the perfect example of Fox & Seth

American Dad is pretty much the strongest show in the Fox Sunday line up. This wasn't bad, it had some funny parts, and it seems to set up a decent
premise.

This could have seriously been an episode of Family Guy and no one would have said anything. If your gonna make a show at least try and make it a little
different, don't just change the skin tone of the family.

American Dad is often fall-down funny, but it will never get the respect or viewers that it should. Seriously, it's got its cast and writing down cold, and
regularly is far, far funnier than Family Guy. The season openers tell the story for me:
Family Guy: Ignored by Seth American Dad: Fantastic Cleveland: Ugh. I realize that pilots have to set up the story, but yikes that was a LOT of unfunny set-up. |

I just think it's funny that Seth Macfarlane was fired by fox, but now controls 3/4 of the sunday night shows. Shows you what can happen when you produce a
good show and get a good following.

I thought the show sucked and some of the voice acting seemed off but I'm going to give it another chance because I similarly hated the American Dad pilot
and now I vastly prefer it to Family Guy.
