Wha? I just thought it was interesting.
Good old fashioned weight loss. Which is all biggest loser is about in the end - less calories in, more calories out. |

Jillian doesn't give a fuck if they win the money. She only cares about their long term health and weight. Can't fault her for that.
and that whiney bitch Shay has to go. Lots of people live through rough shit. The fact that she lives in Newport Beach, is married, and is a social worker... now tells me life ain't that crippling at the moment. So she had it rough. Big fucking deal. Many of us have. And we haven't eaten ourselves into over 400 lbs., and we don't whine and cry about it on national TV for sympathy. |

She's MARRIED?!?
Okay I just looked at the bio. She's 30? I thought she was way younger. She certainly acts it. It also says she is doing a Master's degree and has a 4.0 GPA, three part-time jobs, and an internship. Fuck her. Her life is obviously not as horrible as what she is claiming. |

I cannot believe she's married! Talk about having a lot of baggage - her poor husband.
Her voice took on this ridiculously hysterical edge when she was begging the group to save her. Poor girl needs a mommy. |

EXACTLY. Being the cold-heated old cynical bitch that I am....I half wonder if this is all part of her GAMING them. Seriously!!!
p.s. to Willsucks, re Jillian "But I am sure she cares about the $$$ she is getting She could help a lot more people making less money " she did and DOES do this. She is a very successful trainer in her own right. That's how she got on the show, not the show making her one. She does that. I see no reason why she shouldn't be rewarded /compensated well for what she does well. If you were really really good at something, should you not receive a good to great salary for doing it? Why should we begrudge someone financial success for their hard work, talent, abilities? |

It'd be funny if Shay turns out to be the 'Omarosa.'
I don't know if she's told the other contestants about her being married, working on her master's degree, having several jobs and an internship and living in Newport Beach and so on. If not, she could keep telling them about her crackwhore mom and make them feel sorry for her being down and out, homeless and all alone in this world. Just look how well it turned out. She was saved over the red team. Actually the red team felt so sorry for her they voluntarily left! |

At first I was steaming over what Tracy had done, but after reading these posts, I changed my mind.
It is a game. I do like Jillian, BTW. By crikey, Shay's current life sounds better in many ways than mine does (weight aside) and I don't whine. |

If Tracey felt like she was in danger of going home, I can't fault her for what she did. However, I think it was a critical mistake for several reasons.
First, she had already missed the first week and a half at the ranch, which is typically when contestants bond with the trainers and other players. Then she
threw away having access to the trainers for 2 lousy pounds. If she had held out for at least 4 or 6 pounds, she could have argued that it was just to critical
to pass up. After taking to Bob, Jillian and Mo as well as seeing how the other contestants felt, she should have kept a low profile. Instead, she went full
tilt and the next challenge and ate half her daily caloric intake and took control of everyone's fate. It's like the first HOH in Big Brother, you
don't want to grab the power too early and put a target on your back.
She played way too hard, way to soon. The second she falls below the yellow line, everyone will be gunning for her. Oh, and she probably lost 11 pounds last week because she finally got rid of all the glucose they pumped her with in the hospital. I doubt she'll be able to reproduce those results. At least she makes the season interesting. /wall of words |

I so heart Abby. Now SHE is an inspiration. When drama-queen Rebecca was sobbing during eliminations - this is our nightmare - I had to roll my
eyes. No bitch, what Abby lived through is a nightmare.
So I just read Shay's bio - hilarious - hear I thought she grew up in foster care with no family, but read the complaints about poor Shay's family celebrations centering around food: Shay grew up the youngest of three girls. She was in the foster care system from age five to 18. As far as Shay can remember, she has been overweight. In the last 10 years Shay has found that stress, emotions and learned eating habits have continued to increase her weight. Both of Shay's older sisters are overweight, and nearly all of her extended family. Family celebrations were always centered around food. Meals at home included fried chicken, biscuits, jambalaya, gumbo, fried fish, macaroni and cheese, cakes, pies, cobblers and anything else filled with starch! At a young age, Shay was expected to learn to cook and help make these meals for the family. In the family it was considered an honor to cook well. Shay is a social worker and is always willing to do what it takes to help a client find their motivation and strength. Currently Shay holds a 4.0 in her Master's in Social Work program, which is full-time, meanwhile she works three part time jobs and holds down an internship. Lastly, Shay's weight affects her career as she works with people for whom she is attempting to motivate, and her clients look to her as an example. Shay is eager to once and for all get into shape so she can live a long and healthy life with her husband and stepsons. ETA: obviously reading comprehension is not my friend. She did grow up in foster care, but I guess in a foster family where there were a lot of yummy food celebrations?

OK I am doing a 180 on Trazy. I like her, I like her a lot.
She is playing the game (and it is a game) and no one else plays. She is stupid fucking crazy and that meakes me love her more, she is unpredictable and a loose cannon. Moe knows this but is smart enough to use it to his advantave. He obviously water logged for this weigh in and that in a way signals his OK with Trazy's actions. |

I think Mo is just supporting her because he's old and probably subscribes to the philosophy that there's no "I" in team. He's an
agreeable simple person and would probably go along with whatever strategy his partner wanted, whoever it was. I think if Tracey had a different partner, she
might not be allowed to act as crazy. He is a good enabler.
I just want to see Tracey take EVERY SINGLE TEMPTATION for minimum benefits and maximum calories. I think she will last a while if she does that. The only other person who took the last temptation got eliminated so she has no competition. She's one of the smallest people so she doesn't have to lose as much to get a higher percentage. Shay may have been in foster care but she was certainly fed well. |

Oh and one last comment about casting in general. The producers went out of their way to find not only the fattest fat fucks in America, but also the most
emotinally fucked up. Like the drama from the compatetion is not enough we have to have emotional baggage too.
And LOL at my learning that people GAIN weight so they have a better shot at getting on the show. lol, how ironic. |

Thanks so much Guatevia for letting me know what was in the preview. I had cupcakes all ready to go for you but then I saw
you had some already in your avi and probably didn't need the ones I had made. I do appreciate it though!
I know that a lot of people are after Jillian because she overreacted, and while I agree with that she probably did, I really do think what happened with Felipe last season made her despise game play even more than she normally does. The guy freaking accused her of being a drug pusher all in the name of getting Bob a win. (Speaking of Bob, I cannot believe how hypocritical he was of Tracy for playing the game when his team is usually, under his guidance of course, the most obsessed with the game aspect of the show). Jillian may be a bitch, but fuck if she doesn't produce results and I truly enjoy watching her go off on contestants week after week. All those shots of Tracy going wide eyed made me lol. I love how they edited that. She totally reminds of that girl Ruby, or whatever, who has that show on E! about losing weight. I think she started off at 700 lbs if I'm not mistaken. That was just my random thought of the day. |
