If no one on that team did work, then I would see Shambo's point, but Erik has been seen doing quite a bit of work. As much as her, if not more. She just needs to be in control and she's pouting because people don't do what she deems acceptable. She was the one who wasted hours doing nothing in the water and broke fishing equipment. She seems to be one of those people who is only happy if everyone tells her how wonderful she is and does what she wants.

As for Russell, I wouldn't mind his airtime if he were actually saying or doing something, but in this last episode it all seemed superfluous, tacked on. It's not even that interesting, it's just someone standing around talking about how great they are. At least if he were still burning socks that would be interesting.

In terms of airtime which I find most pointless, I'd put Shambo first, just because I'd much rather see more of Erik, Laura, John, etc. whereas on Foa Foa, there doesn't seem to be anyone that interesting.
