How in the name of fuck did you do that? How much is the rent btw? Well the perfect place with a good location and I wanted an apartment with at least a balcony or patio, but they wouldn't have any available until like January or February so I was like uh no, I'm not waiting until next year to move, so I was all like "I guess I'll go check somwhere else out." So she offered that I could stay in a smaller one w/ with rent discount until a bigger one became available then move into that one, or just keep the smaller one with the rent discount for the entire lease term. I clearly chose the second option since I don't need a patio/balcony that bad.
Rent went from $600 to $550! ^_^ |
