She said she was given some vague explanation as to the show needing to stand on its own two feet, but given Michael and now Amanda's involvement, maybe that was the bigwigs' way of assuaging her. I'm pretty happy with the show as is...if only they'd ditch Asshole Simpson. Whoever said she reminds them of Kristin Davis circa 1994 is mistaken, since at least Kristin had an ounce of talent that was able to be honed a bit. Simpson is hopeless. Just awful.

You dont say lol I actually like them together and he cracks me up when he's around Violet. He knows she's a crazy bitch lol. I loved the part when she gave the others peanut butter cookies and Ella told Violet to try them first because she thought they were poisoned. LOL! I like David/Ella's friendship, they will always be there for eachother and that's nice to see. Jane plays the bitchy landlord really well. I dont remember the original MP but I like her, the reasoning behind her blackmailing Ella was ridiculous but I admit, it was fun seeing Ella squirm haha. Violet is dumb, why the hell would you run from the cops? Are you trying to give them a reason to suspect you? Poor Lauren Her latest sex toy totally played her, I felt bad for her Not enough Auggie this episode

I guess this is how they're going to work Jo into the story in association with Riley. No word though on whether or not Daphne Zuniga is going to be in this episode specifically.

Katie Cassidy is making the show. Although I wish Violet had been better cast, she's an interesting character. At this point the only real dud character is Riley, hopefully the writers will figure out a way to make her more interesting, though understandably, not every character can have a major storyline going.

The Riley/Lauren friendship came out of nowhere, but I guess they really needed to connect Riley to more of the cast because she's so boring with Jonah.

Loved her scenes with Syd too...THAT is the bitchy Sydney that the show needs. There has to be a head bitch in charge (like Amanda was) so she better really be alive (again). Oh and she could totally have given Lauren tips on how to go from prostitute to running the entire prostitution ring.

Agree with all of this. Ella (Katie C) is by far my fave. The only other character I am enjoying is Lauren. So glad she is going the call girl route. Riley & Violet annoy me the most and for very different reasons. With Riley I just hate the character and wish she would FOAD with her needy, clingy, insecure, jealous ways with her "fiance" and BFF. Violet, I just HATE Ashley Simpson and thinks she just sucks. It's a waste to have a juicy role like Violet wasted on this fugly hack. At least if she was attractive I might be able to overlook the lack of acting ability, but there is just nothing to like with her.

She takes credibility from the rest. My concern is the ratings are so bad that they might pull the plug. I think they have too much invested to do it before season one is complete. Heather Locklear can save this show by bringing some older viewers in. Like me !! Never thought i would call my self and older viewer but for this show I am at 39

Plot is too boring and full of shitty actors. Of course I dont count Katie in the no acting group. She is wonderful but not enough to keep me interested in this show.
