Because she went from UTR2 to two CP5's, had a horrible first episode and was not edited as carefully as Parvati was. Cirie wasn't a horrible pick, she was just way worse than Parvati, and anyone who wasn't desperate to believe Cirie would win could've seen that.

Considering the two winners that followed (Bob and JT), in retrospect it wasn't far off. But considering how so many hold Parvati as the greatest thing since sliced bread, that's like throwing stones knowing you have to come home to a glass house. And one could easily have said the same thing about Ozzy during Cook Islands. Was it foolish to have him high on the list of possible winners all the way until the end?

If there's anything that is obvious, it's that there's no one way a winner can be edited BUT there are certain ways winners cannot be edited.

Oh, and by the way, the INV rating has evolved in the past several seasons-particularly with the advent of larger casts. It used to simply mean that the person was absent from the entire episode. It was a rating that developed to distinguish those who were insignificant to those who just weren't even shown.

If you are involved in someone's conversation whatsoever you are not INV. INV's should be reserved for those folks who are completely absent.

Liz and Ashley were completely absent. They are both INV. Nobody on Galu was INV in the last episode. At worst, they were UTR1, but not INV. (not that it matters because 8 or 9 of them have been INV at least once already).
